A Review about De Broglio Attorneys Inc. facilitating and managing my case with the Road Accident Fund. I want to share my experience with De Broglio Attorneys Inc. with my Road Accident fund Claim. First: De Broglio Attorneys Inc. was very professional from the first contact I made with the firm regarding my case. The day after I called the firm, they send a Lawyer to my office to complete all the paperwork and with a detailed explanation of the process that will be followed and the duration of the proses. They were open and honest about the fact that it will be a long process because of the many medical experts I will need to visit and that the Road Accident Fund will equally have the same number of medical experts that I would have to visit. It is very important to pay attention to what is explained because you must follow their instructions every step of the way. Secondly: A Lawyer with his team is allocated to your case. They will communicate every medical expert, name, address, and phone number to you. Here is where they were great for me, I had some problems with memory and other physical issues and they made sure that to remind me with emails, phone calls and messages about my appointments so that I could not forget to shop up. The were great and with great patience made sure I was there. Third: You must follow their advice. Do not give up it is a long process, but De Broglio Attorneys knows the legal processes and requirements and what must be done to win the case. They are in valuable in the process to guide you and update you on the case and when is your court date. It may seem like ages, but De Broglio Attorneys Inc. know what to do and get you through. Fourth: De Broglio Attorneys Inc. also select your Advocate that will appear in Court for you, and he was excellent, and he made a difference in Court. Remember your Lawyer deals with all the legal issues and correspondence, so they take all that stress off you especially if you were struggling with the aftereffects of the accident as I did. Finally: Be patient, listen to your Lawyer that is way she or he is there. They are experts.
