Should do something with their bathrooms , but everything is fine
Good place, some prices are good if you stay around the place. But, unfortunately general Mica card does not work there as it is owned by a different person, as it was explained to us. Would be nice if there was a working rebate card.
Great range of Hardware products. Easy store access and they have a car wash next door. They do deliveries and have reasonable pricing.

Worst customer experience I ever had from a hardware store. Returned a faulty can of paint. I was told they need to take it back to the supplier.2 full weeks later, no refund no replacement. I have been to that store 4 times already and still no resolution or atleast a phone call from them to keep me in the loop.The manager couldn't care and has no sense of customer service. To a would be customers, go to the Builders warehouse down the road, you will get far better service and a proper return policy if you need to return anything.
Great shop for those DIY projects. The only unfortunate part is that they dont charge gas refills according to what you need in case you bottle is not completely empty. You pay first full price before you refill so if you onky needed a quarter before you go on your camp trip you pay for full bottle.

Had a few a bit over 100 bricks left over after my building project. I loaded the unchipped bricks in my trailer, only to be told that they do not accept bricks for credit. That fact is not written on the invoice, and I wasn't in the store when ordering, so couldn't see the notice on one of the counters. Bye bye B-House, lost me as a customer.
Neat wheelchair friendly and well stocked and managed by friendly staff. Toilet facilities remote.
