They don't listen when you place your order and bring you what you asked them not to bring. I ordered calamari without emon butter and I got lemon butter anyway.Food: 2/5
I have to say, THIS IS THE BEST OCEAN BASKET EVER. Nqobi was our waiter such an awesome guy, the food was to die for we even had seconds. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5

After a small misunderstanding which required management I am happy to say you guys have the best manager Meli he attend to my issue and solved it with no hassle . Thank you.
Shocking service delivery. The waiters battled to take down a simple address. They called back to confirm address because the first waitress didn't get it correct. An hour and half later after several calls to the restaurant the driver arrived. Refused the delivery as fish and chips are not pleasant heated up. Seems the new owners are not delivering the same service as the previous owners who were onsite constantly
