As a single woman, I am very aware of getting ripped off because you don't know any better and the know you don't know and so they take you for a ride. So, I got a male friend to phone around to different tyre places and get me quotes before I went. This was the only place where the quote my friend got was the same price as the quoted price. This was also the cheapest quote of all the quotes my friend received. The one thing I did not like was that the staff all walk around with cigarettes in their hands, and I don't know whether it was mind over matter, but, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in my car when I got it back. That did put me off a bit. I hope that after reading this, staff will be more mindful not to smoke where it can get into people's cars, or touch customers steering wheels with dirty hands.
