Placed an online order. Delivery took very long. When opening the order, one of the items we ordered was not there. Trying to phone, no answer.  Tried again an hour later the lady that answered said she would check and phone back. Nobody phoned.  Click on your link to supply my details. Link not working. Note attachment. Don't reply, please, as your service and system sucks. 4 days later, and no reply after 2 off your employees promised to reply and never phoned back. Had to drive to your store to resolve.  We didn't expect such poor service from such a professional franchise. Will never order from you again.

Lovely clean, neat store. Great service & the meals are fresh. Value for money

Used to be my favourite Fishaways but quality has declined. Don't bother with their rice. Don't bother with the trio family meal, that six extra-small hake is disgusting. How the fish will come out has become a coin toss. Chips still good though

What an amazing experience by the owner and ever so eager to help Zama! We sat and enjoyed a meal on my husband's birthday. What a wholesome experience! Highly recommend!
