Had the worst experience, cream was off and the carrot cake is simply just buttercream. If you charging those prices atleast use the proper stuff! Update: what is a carrot cake with no cream cheese? Really pathetic response. You guys are cutting cost and using incorrect ingredients, absolute joke

Last minute dot com turned into the bomb dot com. Thank you so very much for accommodating my last minute request for my mums birthday cake. It is absolutely delicious and heavenly. The cake didn't even last for a picture. This bakery surely deserves 10 stars. Please do support local business and your taste buds will be ever so grateful. Truly baked my day

The cakes are delicious. The fresh cream and butter cream cakes are to die for, and the presentation is impeccable. Pricing is also reasonable.

I always hear how good the cakes are from here however whenever I want to purchase anything I always end up being an unsatisfied customer. The first time the cream was off and I didn't want to repurchase anything. Again I heard the stuff was good so i was willing to give it another try.I went there this morning at 8.40am and was rudely told that they weren't open when it says in huge writing on their door that they open at 8am everyday. Better business/customer etiquette please?

Very upset and disappointed. I have been a regular customer since they opened. Today i bought cakes worth R200 and gave 1 box to family i was visiting. Come to find out that the cream on the swiss rolls are off. This is the second time that this has happened. Try to call numbers advertised and both are off. This was very embarrassing. I definitely wont be buying there again. I agree with a previous review that there stuff is now selling at inflated prices.

This is my absolute favourite bakery. Every cake iv tasted is so amazing and heavenly. Their cakes are so fresh and light, and also not sickenly sweet like most bakeries.

The most amazing cakes. Belgica doughnut is my absolute favourite. They are always busy but still find the time to be helpful and courteous.

I am very fussy about quality because I am a baker myself. I use woolsworhs as my guide.I spent over R250 in the store. I was highly impressed from rolls to cakes to biscuit to sweatmeats. Finally Chatsworth is on the map. Well done guys Vineshree Pillay

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE BELOW ZERO I WOULD. LET ME START BY TELLING YOU THAT WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED AND WASN'T SO BUSY MY HUSBAND WAS IN THERE EVERYDAY BECAUSE TO BE HONEST THE BAKED GOODS WERE AFFORDABLE AND TASTY. BUT AS THEY GAINED POPULARITY THEIR STANDARDS DROPPED AND THEIR EGOS BECAME INFLATED. I WENT IN TO BUY SOMETHING AND AFTER LOOKING CLOSELY AT THE PRICE TAGS I TOLD THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT THEY DID NOT CORRESPOND WITH DISPLAYED GOODS. HE GAVE ME A FEEBLE EXCUSE THAT THE TAGS SLIP OFF WHEN THEY PLACE THEM HIGHER, IN A VERY APATHETIC MANNER. IN MY OPINION THIS IS JUST A PLOY TO DUPE CUSTOMERS. I AM GOING TO FIND A WAY TO REPORT THIS. YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM THE PRICE OF ITEMS!? I POINTED OUT TO THEM THAT THE PRICING ISN'T CORRECT AND THE FEMALE LITERALLY SHOUTED THAT THEY WERE RIGHT! PERSONALLY I THINK THEY ARE PREJUDICE, UNHELPFUL AND EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY BECAUSE I DID SEE THEM TEND TO A SELECT FEW CUSTOMERS IN A BETTER ATTITUDE. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN BECAUSE I AM DISGUSTED AND HURT BY THEIR DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOUR!

They cakes are absolutely delicious Especially the burfee cake Also the cake they baked for swamis birthday amazing job
