Balcombs

I placed my order in July and I was told it would take 6 weeks. It is November now and no delivery. What is worse is their customer service, they never called me once about a delay. Each time I follow up I'm told to wait 2 weeks. I was told 10th November after my 4th follow up to get a refund if they fail to deliver. Do yourself a favor, don't shop here if you prefer to be treated like a customer 7 December update. Scam alert Its a scam. Paid full amount in July and now December, no product recieved and they keep giving excuses only when I call. I repeat do yourself a favor don't shop here ever and warn everyone

i wish i never visited this website, i wish i never paid for my items as now i have depression in following up my refund. They don't get in touch with you to notify what they are planning. I was told the refund takes 60 days and to date i havent received my refung Balcombs kindly change how you treat customers ,

Their service is very bad, I ordered a dining suite end of January, they said it will be ready in 10 days and now it's over two months. They don't respond to phone calls and emails, the only time they respond is to tell you the order will be ready on a particular date and when that date arrives it's another story. I will never buy from balcombs again...

The customer service from Balcombs is horrid to say the least. We ordered a dining room set in March and we were told that it will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. It’s June now, 3 months later and we still haven’t received what we ordered and paid for. We are always given the same excuse of seeing the importer and receiving the goods ‘next week’ each time we call to check in and ask about the dining room set we have ordered. Customer communication is also terrible as they promise to call you back but never do. Now we are literally considering asking for a refund because we haven’t received the goods as promised. Don’t buy from this furniture shop.

Horrible customer service, am still waiting for my dining room suite that was ordered November its end of January not received and empty promises every time I call cause they don't even call to update.

I think it is quite pathetic regarding the service!! I ordered items and needed to wait 3 weeks just to arrive at the store. I am following up on delivery but nobody is answering the phone or whatsapp!!! I still need to arrange with my courier for delivery but can't get hold of anybody for 2 days now!!

I have since purchased a dining room suite about 2,5 months ago up to today i still haven't received my order when i call they keep on postponing the delivery date.There is lack of customer services

Horrible service, it is my first time buying staff from you guys and it my last time as well. I have order Nevada server and 49 mirror a month back even now I'm still waiting and you guys don't communicate as will... ''what kind of business is this''

Terrible customer service. Drove all the way from PTA just to get there and hear they have no stock of anything I wanted to place an order for. Even though I saw most items on the floor. Unfriendly and clearly doesn't take their business seriously.

New erge of furniture and new price rage. If you are in to high end than this is a place to also go to.
