Cell C Eastgate Mall is hands down THE best Cell C branch that I have been to. Adriaana and her team are always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. As a customer of over 8 years, they have always been consistent.

I have been a customer of this branch for years and have always received excellent service. Adrianna is particularly helpful and goes out of her way to keep this Cell C client happy!

Looking very good, decorated and furnished very nicely. Their colours are attractive! Always kept clean and organised, they have very good staff, providing good customer service, friendly atmosphere, very nice. It happens sometimes we get a good service and the other times not BUT with Cell C East Gate they have consistently provide with the good standards.  Have a Great Time

Please this shop in east gate Cell C it is absolutely pain for the cell c loyal customer being many years, despite we provide all the documentation everything verified, just because last dial numbers is few months ago they harresh me so much, I reported this shop to Cell C call centre and I will send them email request also.  Because of this shop their is no operational manager on site it is absolute no helping staff and I face this situation today's 1/5/2021.  I waisted my time  and energy and they aare totally unhelpful, they verify my all document make me filled form and then they verified I have the number and sim and phone in my hand which I came to shop just to give me nano sim card for my active number I am in used..  Please do not go to this shop for any of your Cell c work rather change network and don't use cell c and go for another network. As we did with SA other telephone network Vodacom and my friends they used MTN never had any trouble, I was treated as an customer absolutely like I did crime to ask them request please give me nano sim for my active number.

Not happy with this cell c they promised the phones will be there today . On Sunday I could have gone somewhere else . It's not there  . Before they didn't want to take my phone for insurance because they said they can't and the insurance won't take the claim . The insurance took the claim . Not a helpfully shop at all .

That store and people are so amazing, excellent customer service thanks to Mpho, William & Arthur who managed to keep me happy for 6 years O had been their customer and because of this specific staff members. I no longer look further when I need a phone but always go straight to Cell C Eastgate mall because I know I always get more than exceptional customer service there.

Great stuff. I had an issue with RBM tariff change. Went 3 places and got nowhere beside losing money purchasing new sim cards. Came here and in 15 minutes I was happy. Great manager. She's just awesome. I'm residing in Durban. But come to Kensington for holiday. All my cell c work I do in Eastgate. Nowhere else. Thanks Cell C Eastgate

I always get the best service at the Cell C Eastgate branch. A great team who make sure that no customers leave unsatisfied. Each and every time they are willing to go the extra mile.
