Terms and Conditions

1. You must be at least 18 years old, and if requested to do so, provide proof of your age.
2. Prizes must be collected in person unless otherwise advised. Identification that includes a photograph (driver's licence, passport, student card) will be required.
3. Prizes will be collected directly from our offices in Johannesburg. In the case that the winner is not in Johannesburg, the prize winner should arrange collection of their prize at their own expense.
4. The winner agrees to have their picture taken with the prize on collection, and to have the photo posted on the Sound Select page on Facebook.
5. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
6. Fraudulent, illegible or incorrect entries will not be accepted. Sound Select reserve the right to give the prize to any person should we suspect any unethical behaviour in winning the prize.

I have experienced a 5 star plus service with them. I would like to appreciate the guy by the name Ronny and the whole team for the great service and team work spirit. I paid 2 Hybrid+ 18"sub-Bass, and delivered today on door step delivery. Though I don't know you guys in person or your shop in physical visit, but you provide a very great service. Do the same to rest of your business customers. Thank you.

Made online order and was told one of the item they can not get, I told them I will change the order to something else but since I never got order confirmation from them which was bit strange, waited a day and after a phone call to receive the formal order which I immediately replied with amendement, then two days later no communication at all, made two phone calls today which they promised to reply still nothing. Easy to take your money and then does nothing after.

I have purchased High end Sound Equipment from Sound Select on more than one occasion. Allways get great service and assistance.  Highly recommend these people

Great place. Lovely staff. I would recommend it any day. A certian lady called Ms. Harley and a gentleman called Mr Percy promptly assisted us with an issue we had. May God bless them.

My experience with the shop was bad. They advertise a 1970s Hofner 12 string for R3 000, the guitar is in very bad shape and is only worth R100 if not less. To repear the damage on will cost more than the guitar is worth. I'm not really upset about the fact that guitar is in bad shape, I'm upset because they don't say anything about it, they just keep quite and say nothing.

PATHATIC PATHATIC PATHATIC  Took my dj mixer there for repairs. I had to follow up for 3 weeks on progress. Eventually had to ask them to give it back without it being fixed. Received it with screws missing and the mixer is bent in 2 places.  My fellow DJs and Sound companies, don't support this mediocre and incompetent business.

I brought my speaker for repair of which I bought from them, it has been there from April 2022 they keep on telling me excuses,,,they don't even communicate with the client I've been calling since then till today 28-09-2022 I'm still being told excuses. They really don't care about their clients.
