Nonsense service by consultants. 3 different consultants to get one answer regarding copy of contract and still nothing. I'll be leaving ASAP

After 15 years of using ABSA I left them for their terrible service I got with fraudulent debit orders. They are now financing my vehicle and the service is work. A lady called Neo Makaya, a useless consultant who can't send a simple email. It's been over a month of me just waiting for a stupid confirmation email of terms and conditions

Wait until you have paid the car of and need the original papers, then you wil get to meet these people...poor office service... 3months already and have transferred the R99 postage and they still ask me for proof of payment and nearest absa branch...MAMPARAS

what a useless "finance House". thought that maybe because we have been banking with them for 30+ years i would get a better deal. Boy was i disappointed. 3 week later still no answer and best of all i had to keep phoning after them to hear what is the delay. one call to WESBANK, boom all sorted out and finance approved the next day.

I’ve had the worst experience I must say. Firstly you hold for over 10minutes and they don’t even bother to call you back when the call cuts even though your query is not resolved. They don’t debit when they supposed to and don’t even send you emails or sms’ regarding your account being outstanding. They add vehicle insurances without your consent and the consultant told me they will be debiting an additional R1200 for car insurance which they added but I never signed up as I have car insurance with First for Women. I sent proof of this when I bought my car in 2020 and they requesting proof but don’t even provide an email address. This really is poor service!

Large place wide variety However please be careful there is alot of scammers trying to sell cars from this site they only sell cars on auction not like a used car place so don't Fall for the scam's

Can be a bit more helpful.

If you phone, hold on for 5minutes just to be cutt-off, then phone again, hold on for 9min and get cut-off again. Once you get through it is as if they read everything off a piece of paper. No individual attention to your query and trying to assist as best they can. Absolutely redicilous.

I cannot express how upsetting it is for the bank to charge me different amounts that increase without any communication nor consent from me. Its disappointing that one is not kept up to date with the account because it affects me in the end.

Cannot get to speak to any person. It's just press this and press that. When I did I was cut off. Seems like ABSA doesn't care a continental about there customers, especially one that has been there since they began.
