The staff were pleasant and helpful, assisting with your request. While doing the paperwork they offer you coffee while you are waiting. The transitions were expertly handled and we were on our way. A all-round good experience.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a NP200 here and the engine completely seized up within 6 months.
My friend bought a car here and it broke down and they wouldn’t help her! Nee man !
I do not recommend Bargain Auto to anyone. If you decide to buy a car from this dealership, take the car to the AA so that they can get the car checked out. I bought a car from them 10 March 2022, they gave me a vehicle condition report. When I got the car I drove for 3 weeks 4 April 2022 and had to take the car in so they can replace all the engine mountings and brakes pads & discs...but these were checked as per the vehicle condition report. A few weeks 25 April 2022 after i got the car back i felt vibration on the steering wheel...took the car to a suspension place to get it check and had to repair the right side inner CV joint, left tie rod end and 2 x lower ball joints. Suspension was checked as per the report but 5 months later 5 July 2022 I had to replace the steering rack. In August 2022 I now have to replace the subframe because it's bent. I am still within my 6 months warranty with Bargain Auto but they won't fix this as I have bought the car with this damage. The dealerships after sales was basically blaming me, indirectly saying that I caused the damage to the subframe. The email tone was just rude, dealt with Susan. I don't want anyone to go through this hence why I wrote the above. Kind Regards,
They are forceful in wanting to get a sale that they even did a application put through without the consent.
Richard understands customer service very well. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and delivered a beautiful clean car to me would recommend speaking to Richard if you're looking to buy or sell a car

bought many cars over the years but this was my worst experience .will not recommend anybody to buy from these people. Rather pay a bit more for a better deal and quality cars instead of their junk.
