I didn't have a pleasant experience with Omega Property & Finance when buying an apartment in Paarl Rock, Pinelands.The process did not become as easy as I had imagined for a 3rd time buyer, to a point where I felt I was receiving less attention because I was buying a 1 bedroom apartment. Maybe if......It took too much of my energy, got me frustrated and required a lot of effort from my side to get things done. It's not just Omega Property & Finance that frustrated me, but the law firm appointed to action the transfers in this appealing development and my bank which slowed things down by taking time to process my home loan application. The law firm ended up being my go to person, a link between me and the agents at Omega. Very pleasant people when they finally get to you!The deal is closed and all is behind us. My son will be moving in soon.

Zinzi, you paved the way and inspired me by taking me through the apartment, the showroom and the entire Conradied Park prescint. I still admire your energy of being able to lead so many of us , one by one, to diffrent apartments. Thanks Zina for answering the so many clarity-questions even during odd hours. Nikki, I think financial institutions are now aware that once given space you come back with very competitive interest rates. Thanks for securing me competitive rates during these difficult times.
