By far the worst car dealership I have ever done business with.  I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior by a representative of the company. Madelein Roos handled matters very poorly between the seller and buyer by making derogatory remarks about the one party towards the other.  I am of the view that she has brought her company’s name in disrepute and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.
