This is a good, solid restaurant which offers a very meaty menu. They also have a buffet service. Everything is at good prices and the quality of food is good. I had the 500g pork ribs, but you don’t get many fries or a salad or coleslaw with it. It would be good to include this. They have no free WiFi which other restaurants close by offer. Staff offer good service, but lots of staff standing around doing nothing.
Best service from the waiters. The bacon was amazing... Overall breakfast was great. Ordered beef and pork ribs on the side and they were very good. From now on I'll be a buffet regular
We had the breakfast buffet it cost R158 for both of us to eat including tea or coffee, there is a wide selection of English breakfast foods, as well as cereal fruit and yoghurt if you don't want breakfast there is a regular menu. The place is clean and well maintained. I would like to go back and try some of their grills.
Had lunch with my little sister the other day. The food was Amazing but Service was very very poor. The waiter messed up my little sisters order and was begging her to take the order he placed and I'm glad my sister stuck to not taking the order. We ordered drinks my sister had a virgin cocktail and I ordered a Piña colada but not a virgin one and to my surprise they made it a Virgin one. Yes it was nice but it was not what I ordered. My other concern is that the lemon butter came in a chipped sauce which is a no no for me honestly. But in all honesty The food was amazing just the Service was bad.
On the outside the restaurant looks very appealing and inviting. The atmosphere on the inside was very nice and the waiter was really friendly and nice. Unfortunately the food we ordered took quite some time to get to us. The food itself looked appetizing but wasn't. Most of the food was cold. The steak was not to specification. The mash tasted old. The calamari was chewy. It seems like they have the capability to make great and tasty food, but unfortunately that was not the case. For the first time visiting the restaurant, it was unfortunately a bit disappointing.

We had dinner buffet last night, I have been this sick in my life. The rice tasted off and I only had 2 spoons, the chicken also taste offish. The service and staff are very good, please work on serving fresh food to customers.
I wasnt too happy with my experience here... The waitress was not paying enough attention to us, thought she knew the drinks we wanted to order, she got our 1st order and when we called for 2nd order she just threw in the air and brought drinks we didn't want. My next drink comes and I notice a fly. Fine I try remove, but I found more flies and I take it back... The manager pokes my drinks and says she has removed the flies.. I want a fresh drink.. No flies. Not happy at all.. The food was just okay. Poor service

The waiter that was helping us was very rude because we gave him a R16 tip. He said why don’t we give him R34 and up. I said but is that a must though ? He complained and started pointing making us feel so uncomfortable. I personally will never go back there after such a service. I mean I do give huge amounts of tips when I have money. It happend today the 10th of December 2022 house of ribs festival mall.
