McDonald's Kempton Park,Monument Road

So I ordered here once and never again after moving into the area but a few circumstances have unfortunately lead to to experience this circus again. Line can't take the time to season your frie's after they come out of the fryer. Whoever had seniority in kitchen desereves to be let go

My order disappeared from the radar. It literally was not showing on the order display. When I asked, I was told it was just missed. How great? Kids had to wait forever.Food: 5/5

Worst mcdonalds, they tell you to go to the grill parking bay then forget about you. 25minutes later i went in to go ask whats taking so long only to notice the staff still trying to figure out how a mango frappe should be made according to their flowcharts. Pathetic no apology and cold food.Food: 1/5

Was the best iced strawberry drink I have had on a hot day. Great place to hold a meeting. Online ordering "tent" numbers were a nice touch once you got used to them.Food: 5/5

I went to the McDonald's here on a busy day or perhaps it was during lunch-time rush hour. I chose to walk in and not drive through but eventually felt that I would have been better off driving, as priority was clearly given to window orders. Apart from the time wasted waiting for my order I could see that the staff were trying their best to clear orders. The lady at the digital orders area helped get a discount on my meal which was great and was on hand and attentive to any other questions I had. The kitchen crew seemed disorganised. Liked they had a lot of incoming orders and were fighting to stay afloat. I am concerned about the level of sanitation kept at the this franchise too as there was a point where lots of food was sitting out in the open and other hygiene no no's I noted. Also my burger tasted nothing like how it should have they used the wrong sauce and it messed up the whole experience I wouldn't have dared to go back and complain because of the time it would have taken to be corrected . . . I ended up eating my husband's order. I didn't realise how negative the experience was till writing this review, what I can say is the staff is sincere. They seem like good people but something just wasn't working right when I went there.

They always make wait Edit: I ordered an ice coffee today11.01.2023, and I'm told to park on the side and wait for my order. No one else needed to wait for their food.

The food arrived cold and took very long to prepare. The atmosphere feels like it might be a scene in Mad Max. The parking lot was full of refuse and beggars. Reply to your response: Not sure how you want me to share my contact details since you didn't give me a channel to respond on.

This has to be the best McDonald's ever. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient. The space is always clean and the atmosphere is amazing. I'd give 10 stars if I could.Food: 5/5

Chill sauce fries there's was not enough sauce to convince that the meal is chill sauce fries. Our wait forgot to bring our sauces & we reminded her two times. Atmosphere perfect & good hygiene.Food: 4/5

The orange juice is like urine. It's like it was a orange juice at first but they added too much water in the juice, had no taste. They might as well also call the "Big Mac" by "small Mac" Otherwise the service was great.Food: 1/5
