I phoned DFO 13 times in August, they have NEVER answered their phone. Had to take off work to just go make a booking for 3 weeks later, again needed to take off work. Submitted my competency on 12 September where latest update 13 October states phone DFO, after phoning 9 times - STILL NO ANSWER. Have to take off work again because they only work 09:00 t0 14:00.
Received good service today from Mhlanga Employee at SAPS KEMPTON on the certifications of my ID Copies Back and Front ,was also able to inform him about a school boy that was hit by a car nearby ,of which he advised that we dont lift him off the street next time ,but await the Paramedics.
I would like to give a big thank you to you guys. I really appreciate that you showed up to check if my family and I are safe from the wierd people that were standing outside my house. Its almost festive and we can't have deep sleeps everyday cause it is not safe and with the loadshedding thing that is happening, house breakins are high. Thank you so much
I waited 2 months and 1 week for my Police Clearance Certificate. Got the 2nd SMS. Went to collect it, another problem, doors closed at Police Clearance Certificate office. Went a week later. Eventually collected it at another office. 01/06/2022 Hello. Ok, so my husband went to renew his Police Clearance Certificate this morning. They are not accepting payments at all on site. You have to go either to ABSA BANK to do a payment and get PROOF OF PAYMENT OR you can do a online payment transaction, your proof of payment receipt, you have to go across the road to Erickson Mall Postnet to get a photo copy @ R10. Police Clearance Certificate takes 3months to process.
Worst service ever ... waited for the police to arrive they never came no wonder people take the law into their own hands and a certain lady hung up the phone on us when I asked her her name.. disgusting I'm very disappointed. The only thing they know is to take bribes
In the last three weeks l've been to the Kempton park police station four times for affidavits and statements for Sassa. Every time l was there l was treated well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thankyou guys.
I received unpleasant service at this station. When I arrived in the front office the charge office, it was not clear where the queue was or if the people sitting on the chairs were also in the queue or just waiting there. The Warrant Officer that was serving another person then asked me what I wanted. There is no information desk so that is why I think this Warrant Officer who was already serving someone asked me why I was there. I told him my reason and he proceeded to give me an answer that made me feel like I was stupid for telling what had happened. He did not treat me as a citizen and a customer, more like I was an irritation and more work for him to do. The Brigadier whom I assume was the station commander did come down and ask me if I had been helped. When it was my turn a female Warrant Officer asked me why I was there. She did not even have any paper to write any notes, so as I didn't want to have to explain my incident many times I asked why she wasn't ready to take notes or fill in the case form. She said she first needs to see if I have a valid story before she fills out a form. She then asked me for the name of the street where I was robbed. I had told her where I had been robbed and didn't know the street name. She then told me then she can't fill in the form because I have to provide the street name first. During the whole time I was there, there were many interruptions and these policemen and woman interrupting to talk about what seemed personal social talk. They had no manners or respect that I was a public and their customer. She then arranged for me to talk to someone else who also couldn't tell me the street name either of where the building I was near to when I was robbed. So I had to use my phone and Google Maps to assist them with the area they cover. I fortunately was eventually routed to a senior person who was a the rank of Captain and she did a proper job of finding out what happened to me and writing up the details of the incident. This whole process took about two hours to do.
Kempton Park police at the police station desk are completely unhelpful. I spent over 2hrs at the station just to file a simple report. 99% of the staff walked around aimlessly or simply certify documents. ONLY ONE police officer was at the desk to help the majority of people who had other issues. This is a terrible reflection of our police. What an AWFUL BUNCH!
Quite possibly the worst and most dysfunctional and unprofessional police station in the country. The police members of staff are extremely unhelpful, rude and utterly unprofessional whereby they intimidate and act all high and mighty towards the tax payers that is actually inevitably paying their salaries.
Bad Service. I opened the case on Sunday the 05th February 2017 and told to call the police station the following day for case number. I called on the 06th and was told case not yet registered. Called again on the 7th and was told the same story. Decided to go to the police station again and when I arrived I was told my document is missing. I insisted on checking it and offered to assist looking for it. It was found on the same documents that needs to be captured. I was then told it will be captured on the same day I should call the following day for the case number. I called on the 8th in the morning and was told no case opened yet. Called from 14h00 for update and when I ask for case number they just drop the phone x5 times.
