I usually go for breakfast. I use to enjoy their breakfast when it had mushrooms but now replaced them with chips which are made with old oil and makes the chips to taste really bad, I love their sausages. Atmosphere is always welcoming and very affordable bae
The service is amaziiiiiiiing. Waitresses and waiters always make sure that their customers are satisfied and they serve with a smile. The food is definitely one not to miss when you get or pass by festival mall.
This is a good, solid restaurant which offers a very meaty menu. They also have a buffet service. Everything is at good prices and the quality of food is good. I had the 500g pork ribs, but you don’t get many fries or a salad or coleslaw with it. It would be good to include this. They have no free WiFi which other restaurants close by offer. Staff offer good service, but lots of staff standing around doing nothing.
I ordered a dom pedro as a desert, i was not happy because it tasted just loke ic cream without any liquer in it. I usually order the amrua or frangelico buh the waiter recommended cape velvet. I asked the manager on duty, i have been having dom pedros for over 8 years, single shot in a much bigger wine glass than they offer and it would still taste nice buh tht tasted like the ice cream over powered the shot. He said he was sorting it out, a few mns later he came back asking me what i had drank before? Was it a tequila sunrise? Like really what did what i had drank before to do with the pedro i had ordered? I answered that i had a strawberry daquiri. I asked them how they make it because most of the times restaurants, the blend more than a serving which in this case could have happened. I ended up paying fr something i did not drink, i am a manager myself and my lil sister confirmed that the pedro was flat. Our waiter was excellent buh some of these managers you put on the floor needs to know what they are doing. We told ourselves we will nvr set foot in that store again. So poor management!
We visited on a Monday morning for breakfast. We were greated by the manager who also checked on us later. The food was good as well as the service. It's was my Father-in-law's birthday and the waiter congratulated him in a very nice and professional way.Food: 5/5
Had lunch with my little sister the other day. The food was Amazing but Service was very very poor. The waiter messed up my little sisters order and was begging her to take the order he placed and I'm glad my sister stuck to not taking the order. We ordered drinks my sister had a virgin cocktail and I ordered a Piña colada but not a virgin one and to my surprise they made it a Virgin one. Yes it was nice but it was not what I ordered. My other concern is that the lemon butter came in a chipped sauce which is a no no for me honestly. But in all honesty The food was amazing just the Service was bad.
Our server was very friendly. The biggest issue my husband and I have is the runny tummy we are currently experiencing, its now day 2. We are even scared to eat,my husband is even vomiting. We ordered the full chicken for R135. We have been sick since.Food: 1/5
We had the breakfast buffet it cost R158 for both of us to eat including tea or coffee, there is a wide selection of English breakfast foods, as well as cereal fruit and yoghurt if you don't want breakfast there is a regular menu. The place is clean and well maintained. I would like to go back and try some of their grills.
Best service from the waiters. The bacon was amazing... Overall breakfast was great. Ordered beef and pork ribs on the side and they were very good. From now on I'll be a buffet regular
Fairly decent and approachable for first time customers. I enjoyed the cheese burgers, chips and the hot chocolate. Although I would recommend that the firm needs to improve its chicken ordeal. Personally, I wasn't satisfied. The chicken was overcooked and didn't have the devine traditional taste of a regular roasted chicken.
