They are the worst ford dealership by far. It took them more 6 months to fix my ford with numerous return visits including one were all the oil drain out of the engine due to a "BOLT BEING LOOSE", what incompetence by their service staff. I am still waiting for Nikki to book my car in to fix the paint work the service staff scratched and damaged while working on my car, but won't hold my breath.
Very helpful. Was looking for a car part that they ordered for me at much less than the other dealership who wanted to sell me a whole kit. Saved me over R3000.. Thank you for going out of your way to help a pensioner
Excellent service, whatever I asked or requested was met and management was there to assist me all the way which I found it to be excellent customer service. Keep it up
My son who is visiting from Capetown was concerned about a warning light that had come on after his Fiesta hit a giant pothole near Bloemfontein. We got great service from Mervyn this morning on a day when he clearly had alot of issues to attend to. Thank you to Ford Alberton Service Department and especially Mervyn!
Ford NMI Alberton, what a disappointment!! Check your prices, they change them overnight in less than 24hrs, up to as much as 44% more on certain parts. After I queried it they did match the prices, but if you don’t check you will pay the higher price. And then don’t expect any discounts on service parts, unlike before now there is zero discount, they said that their policy changed. O’ and they don’t tell you upfront that they do not give discounts any more. Next time I will go to McCarthy Ford at the Glen in stead!!
Ford Alberton - Nico & Nikki are the BEST. Iv owned various brands throughout the years, and never have I ever experienced a pair like this! These two went above and beyond to ensure my car was sorted after poor communication from other staff at this dealership! Thank you both for helping me.
The service was good, Nicki kept me updated at all times.Just make sure you take all your personal valuables with you when you leave your car. When I got my car back my perfume was missing.
Incompetent ,unprofessional and overpriced service After checking around what the cost of an annual since was I was quoted R1400 by Eagle Ford Bramley compared to R4000 plus charged the last service year ago, km traveled since then 3000 plus Took the vehicle to Lombard's Tires and found that there was nothing wrong with the Brakes and that the pads had 5mm left and did not require skimming if replaced and skimming done would cost R1500 compared to the quote from the dealership of R3100 ?? Had the Cambelt checked which I was advised to replace R8100 and was told that it was good for another 30000 to 40000km?? Was advised by the dealership to replace the windscreen because it was chipped ??
Friendly service. A very nice dealership. The sales department is very friendly and efficient. They go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable and a good experiance. The service department is not so good and defenetly the bad side of the dealership. Their services are not so good and always questionable. Please do not leave anything in your vehicle when taking it for a service because it will be removed by the staff in the cleaning bay. The servicing department is not a very good experiance.
