We usually order directly from the Glen Marais branch. But today ordered via Mr. Delivery. Before lockdown the food was great. Portions, fillings etc was perfect and as per menu.  Lately the filling hardly covers the rolls, and as for the soup...... Advertised as 500ml but twice we received 200ml and 230ml respectively. Really sad that restaurants are cutting corners but still charge full or increased prices. Hopefully service and quality will improve as we are regular supporters of SB Glen Marais.

Service is poor. You phone for delivery of 1 sandwich and they tell you it will take 45 minutes, which in itself is an especially long time for a sandwich. Then the order arrives over an hour later and its cold, not toasted as i had asked. Dare i ask for a new one, it'll be delivered the next day and wrong. Poor.

This is my favourite place to order from! Food is always fresh and delicious! My favourite is the meatballs, cheese and chutney toasted sandwich. I'm never disappointed and highly recommend!

I'm usually a huge sandwich baron fan but I did not enjoy the food at this branch. The creamy chicken livers was anything but and the portion advertised compared to what I received were totally different, the salad was alright.

I just ordered a crispy bacon an chicken mayo french loaf. It was the best. Keep up the great service and food :-

Terrible service on multiple occasions, no deliveries, never on time when you do get your order. Unhelpful and rude staff when you call.

Ordered a Bacon Chicken Mayo and received hardly chicken Mayo. This is the first time ordering from them and its bad paying so much for this. Disappointed

after 50 minutes of waiting for the order they will phone you and say they have no drivers!!!!!! after 50 minutes - this is really sad and really depressing - dont give an online service if you cant fulfill the requests

All I know best about them is they make the most delicious sandwiches to take home and enjoy peacefully.

French loafs are devine. Huge variety on menu. Prompt service
