The venue is super. Rooms and parking is so good. Reception is also not bad. The meal times, Dinner at 19:30 is too late for people who spent the whole day in a meeting. The food is not up to standard. It will help the image of the hotel if it can invest on a qualified chef.Rooms: 5/5

Rooms were clean , location was some distance away from the shopping centre and needed a drive to reach there hence, one star deducted The hotel does provide a shuttle bus though. The porters and receptionist could smile more and be friendlier. But overall, still a pleasant experience.Rooms: 5/5

I slept there after it just opened and I didnt like it. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised this time around. I attended an event and their rooms for small groups are so nice, they created perfect ambiance for us. The food also was wow. I loved it. I d definitely have my event there. Just that the waiters who brought food could have been less disruptive..they were loud all the while the speaker is on. That is the only improvement i could note.

Spent a night at the hotel Check in process was quick & efficient, the reception ladies were very friendly. Our room was nice & spacious. The linen was clean & the bed comfortable. The setup is Contemporary & inviting. You have nice paintings on the top of the bed & nice side lamps. There is a small balcony to be able to see to see the view of the city & get some fresh air. TV options are quite vast & the TV itself is a good size. Parking is secure Breakfast was excellent, you have a variety of options. Downside of the day for me was the noise coming from the restaurant/bar, there was an engagement party taking place from late afternoon until midnight. Because it was a hot evening, when we opened the balcony door, the noise was very strong but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay regardless of the unfortunate situation.

Went for Sunday lunch with my other half, the staff was very welcoming. When asked what they would recommend, the pot belly came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. That crackling on top with the tenderised pork was very delicious. The dessert platter is a gem, that pistachio ice-cream with the baklava pastry. Worth a third visit.

Everyone's experience is different ..but I loved the bed n sheets vert comfortable, soft carpets, fully stocked bar n kitchen, my room was quiet, slept well good. Bathroom clean too! Would recommend full size mirrors by the hotel...

Attended a full day workshop at this venue. Dining area isn't very big so can be crowded and busy. Food was delicious along with desserts. Parking bays are small and cramped. Basement entrance is narrow, so large vehicle may have issues. Some staff are friendly and accommodating. I feel like this place has more to offer if they refine their guest relations focus. Overall a nice place in the middle of Sandton.

This hotel is phenomenal, I have stayed in hotels all over the world- including 6 star places overseas and this by far surpasses my experience at other places. Service is phenomenal, nothing is to much of an effort, breakfast meets all demands and expectation, the rooms wowowowowowow!!!!!!!! I stayed in an apartment style for my own comfort as I traveled for work and needed a place to work I am truly more than happy with the style, functionality, practicality and overall cleanliness of the room. Style is relaxing yet ultra stylish and modern. It has all the ammeneties you need for an apartment and reception is a call away for more coffee and tea on request. I am really enjoying my stay here and I like that it is around the corner from the busy Sandton city etc. I slept like a baby- my only complaint is I tried to work in bed but due to it being so comfortable couldn't resist wanting to doze off. Amazing. Thank you

I actually booked the Catalyst by mistake - I'm not even sorry! Had an amazing stay. Some noteworthy YESes : 1. Reception is always friendly and helpful. 2. The rooms are cleaned daily in an impeccable nature. 3. Mini bar with coffee station re- stocked on the daily 4. They have a fabulous spa for you to make use of. 5. Restaurant downstairs makes the most amazing brekkie, and also the cocktails and lounge area... OMG 6. The hotel has a shuttle service free of charge that runs daily from 7am to 9pm to and from Sandton City free of charge. 7. Safe and upmarket 8. Loads of parking underground. 9. Rain Showers are big enough to fit 4 people of you want to. 10. Generators always works 11. Wifi is good. Then, some points for management to look at: 1. No automatic pindrop location can be picked up. 2. My aircon didn't work. 3. Can get rather noisy with the restaurant down stairs. 4. I had some smell from drain in bathroom pipes for most my stay. Over all - amazing stay, will definitely be back!

Excellent service from hotel staff, namely Sihle. Very clean and well designed suites. Breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold meals. The complimentary shuttle was a bonus. Definitely will be staying here again.Rooms: 5/5
