I love the quick service and fresh bread, The Chelsea buns are good too. Not once have I ever come across a rude cashier. Keep it up.

Great service with perfect inside view .The products within are properly placed well that gives clients a sense of ease when looking for things to buy.The interior is so beautiful and openly which clearly shows the customer service is brilliant.The location of the Supermarket is quite great and safe for the clients.Its located within the mall for easy accessibility.Ive been shopping at Pick n pay for a long time and it doesn't disappoint it's customers.The products are always on date and you won't find expired products.More security is needed within the interior shop and more customer service worker to help .

Some of the tellers there are so rude, went there to withdraw a standard bank voucher and the teller was rude she even told me i am putting the wrong pin only to find out that the money was withdrawn there and up to today i never got my money. I think they do this to rob people so word of advise do not withdraw vouchers there. Only this lady called Debby and this guy were nice

The cashier's don't greet customers and they conversate amongst themselves whilst helping a customer. I never enjoy my experience in this store

Quick, efficient and for once smiling staff, Shoprite staff should take some tips from Pick n Pay.  Thank you for tge great service.

Horrible does not even begin to explain the service provided at this pick 'n Pay. I am not sure if I should blame old age or if the staff members are not taking customers service seriously. The only person who actually works is a gentle man who goes by the name Tshidiso. The rest they will be leaning over the till points,someone doing staff transactions while the que goes out of the roof. 2 cashiers at the till points month end!! Which retailer does that?

The Pick ñ Pay is great, and they always have what I need in stock. Their vegetables and meats are very high quality

Horrible staff experience with Livhuwani Silima. She was so rude and disrespectful. I had my two babies with me and I was trying to pack my groceries into my bags. No one to even help pack the groceries. She told me I had to “come push the groceries closer to her to scan” because she couldn’t reach. She was having a conversation with another saff member and didn’t even pay attention to any of the questions I asked her. If I could rate this zero stars I would. Absolutely pathetic.

Friendly staff, nice and clean. Food is always delicious.

Not too busy good shopping experience but month ends are a nightmare long queues
