Ordered lower left and right control arms for my Etios. Items arrived in Bloem within a week of payment without issue. Price wise there has not been anyone which can beat Boss Auto Spares - still paid cheaper with shipping included than all other aftermarket suppliers. Very happy as I saved about R13k in the process Toyota OEM ridiculousness vs aftermarket bliss. I highly recommend Boss Auto Spares and will be using them again for sure.

I have never experienced such a poor service since my existence. They couldn't supply me with the correct parts even though I was dealing with them face to face. Save your frustration and do not order anything from these people especially online. When I called every time I was told they are doing a follow-up and will get back to me and which they never did, not even once. I had to claim my money back after going there three times only to find out that they didn't even order my items as agreed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS IF YOU NEED PEACE.

I have ordered 4 shocks & mountings. I never needed to call them to follow up because I was getting auto updates via email. Parcel arrived and all parts were correct. Great experience.

Saw reviews and especially about online being negative so I phoned Boss yesterday late morning, Eric was my salesman. He was very helpful, after 5 minutes of the phonecall he sent me a whatsapp with the banking details and order number etc. I did an immediate transfer, the part was at the courier by mid afternoon, and at my place by mid morning today.

I ordered shocks on December 16th, today is the 28th of December. I called them only to find out that they are closed and a guy called David was rude to me, it says nothing about being closed for the festive holidays on their online store, had I known I wouldn't have ordered. if ii was possible to rate them no star I would have.

Took one week to be processed, due to one part not available. Had I not enquired myself I would never been informed. When package finally arrived, only half of the order was in it. I was then told the other parts is out for delivery with courier, but after multiple calls, the tracking nr for outstanding parts is still showing as pending/not scanned on @Fastway Couriers website. Very unhappy. Will seek legal advice

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! Worst customer service ever. No progress updates, no communication of any kind. My INCOMPLETE order only came after I threatened to cancel it 10 days later. Now battling to recover money for items not supplied and out of stock. Their credit memo is as worthless as their promises. Calling the store is an absolute waste of time. A lot of pillar to post action, rude staff who’ll speak over you just to pass the buck to whoever is not there on the day. Promise to call you back and never do. Never have any answers and brave enough to tell a customer who’s paid money that they “don’t know/don’t have any answers”. About to involve police and lawyers. Wish I had read online reviews beforehand I would’ve saved myself some time and money. So let me save you yours, SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I got what I was looking for and it was a perfect fit for my car. I will definitely be going back should I need anything part for my car again although the price wasn't exactly what I was told on the phone. They just need to get pricing system in order.

The outmost ridiculous services ever. I ordered and paid for a part including delivery. I have waited three weeks and no response is given to me but when I call I am told lies. I work with my vehicle daily and haven't been able to work because of this. Never use boss auto spares

Worst possible shop you can deal with. Don’t deal with these crooks. I bought a pump online after it taking ages for me to get it. They gave me a cheaper pump than the one I had bought without them telling me. I bought one for R2500 and they gave me one for R1800 intentionally. Luckily when I got to the car I double checked, and found that out. So I decided to take the cheaper one cause they didn’t have the expensive one in stock. We agreed that they would refund me the difference. For 3 weeks I kept on going to the shop and getting empty promises. The last time they asked the guard to throw me out. That’s how they treat customers that they have crooked. I was dealing with a lady called Shakeerah, a guy called Norman and an older guy who seems to be the manager. I learned the hard way that I have to deal with a reputable shop next time. Rather use Goldwagen or the like. Replying to Boss autos reply: You are not being truthful , it appears you also lie. Why aren’t you addressing the fact you tried to crook me by giving me a cheaper pump ? Why are you conveniently leaving that out. You also lying by saying I threatened the manager. Just making things worse for you by lying.
