Could have easily given this place a 5 star rating, just had 1 unpleasant encounter.  Check out is at 11 am very convenient, went for breakfast at 9am and went back to my room around 9:45am ..only to find my entire bedding removed from the bed. Had not checked out yet.  This honestly felt like I'm being chased out of the room that I'd fully paid for!!!! They need to do better in this regard.  Overall, the staff was friendly, the rooms and hotel was clean. Loved how technologically advance things were, check in was done through the mobile scanner platform and the  menus were also available on the platform. The food at the restaurant was great, loved the buffet for breakfast, very affordable too! The hotel is situated  next to a  mall very convenient and is not for from the city center.  Had a beautiful view of the Mandela Bridge from my window.

Great Hotel and good value. Nice, clean room with comfy bed and great breakfast. Management and team were very welcoming and helpful, making sure I had a pleasant stay. As my flight was in the afternoon, they allowed me to have a free, late check out. Thanks again :  Walkability: Mall next door is very convenient, otherwise advisable to move with uber in the area.

This hotel was the most peaceful place, their food is affordable and tasty, the rooms are so clean and beautiful inside. The place on its own it's so beautiful and clean. The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever met and they are very helpful and willing to help all the time. I enjoyed the swimming and the service given. The showers are to die for, as though the water wasn't that hot. Their cosmetics are very accommodating.  I'd like for them to add some gowns though  But it was nothing but amazing.

Cons: The WiFi connection was terrible. We were there for three days, it was down for two days. The air conditioner was going on and off throughout the night. I was not a fan of the dinner I ordered at the restaurant. I hate that I still had to pay for food I didn't eat. The room keys had to be reactivated several times without explanation.  Pros: Located across the street from the mall. Loaned me an adapter so I could charge my electronics. Diligent housekeeping.

I love the setting and design of rooms, the quietness and resources Wifi are perfect for a part time Student.  The breakfast is perfect. With the Supper, I wish there can be some vegetables

Very nice, comfortable and safe place to stay in Newtown. Restaurant was good. Rooms were spacious, well managed, well cleaned everyday and very comfortable.

Best hotel i havr stayed in. Staff is so friendly and helpful, and very professional. Food is excellent.  The rooms are beautiful and very quiet. The hotel is very secure,  multiple measures are taken to keep it safe. I will definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

Went for work. Used the boardroom, it was clean and the interior was great. It was quiet and can see the city view. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
