Room 329 was amazing and from the entrance you feel you have arrived home best staff at reception, Bobby and Vusi were on point and our housekeeper lindiwe was a darling I'm definitely coming back soonRooms: 5/5

The staff is welcoming from the gate the security personnel are friendly and welcoming. In side the treatment is impressive.

Beautiful on top of the mountain. It's a very nice place to relax. It has a very beautiful places where you can take photos. Their rooms are on top of the class. Okay one thing, their service's it's wow... if you are looking for a place to relax, don't hesitate book here.

We made a Sunday breakfast booking for my 85 year old grandmothers birthday. We were 14 guests. While we had the candles on the cake lite- ready to sing- the manger tells us we have to move or leave cos they have another booking. We asked him to come back to talk to us when we finished with the birthday song to which he says he is calling security. He stopped us from singing happy birthday. We had a booking confirmation and did not just walk in. Our booking was between 10am to 1pm and this was happening 11:45am. It might be my granny last birthday, which was meant to be a celebration. But the manager and supervisor had no regard or consideration for their guests. We were treated with rudeness. While this is happening the restaurant was empty. Worst experience and we will never go back there

Beautiful place, but don't order the food. Went for lunch on Sunday and we were served bad, cold food. Seems like the food isn't made on site. When we gave the manager feedback, she apologized and said that they don't have a microwave in the kitchen and she'd speak to the chef. Very poorly handled! Won't be going there and won't recommend it.
