The service was nice, staff members were approachable and kind. Rooms were clean, however they one we had was quite small. Felt safer throughout my stay.Rooms: 4/5

I just returned from Johannesburg on a business trip. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. All I can say is WOW. Super friendly and helpful staff! Im blown away with kid attitude from the security at the door to the smiling ladies at the front desk. I travelled to many many countries around the world and have not found this great service. Well done! And i will definitely stay here again...

It was a last minute booking but we found available rooms which are quite reasonable for the price.  The staff was quite friendly and made our stay feel great.  It is located in a busy part of town but inside it's like a secluded place.  I wish they had more space for parking but I guess the location doesn't allow.  But at least they made a plan by arranging secured, overnight parking with a full time security on the next block.  I wish they can work on their search engine optimization because when I searched online for "accommodation near me" while I was nearby I was getting places further than it was from me.  But it was a great experience nonetheless.  Rooms: The rooms are quite standard.  It&#39;s great value for the price you pay.  I would recommend gor great value for money  Food & drinks: They do have breakfast available for a reasonable price, but I did not opt for that.  There&#39;s a restaurant Syrian next door in case you want food.  Other food places within walking distance are Roman&#39;s Pizza and Nandos Chicken.  You can&#39;t go wrong

The worst customer service I've ever seen. No warm water, no one is taking responsibility to resolve the problem. The staff are so arrogant. Poor serviceRooms: 1/5

Even after checking out I needed to keep my stuff at reception whilst shopping. Manager and staff never hesitated for a second and allowed me to.  Rooms: Very well designed fitout and quality finishings .  Nearby activities: The very popular Fordsburg Market is a stone throw away  Walkability: Close to all types of shopping . Sense of safety when walking  Noteworthy details: The staff from manager to reception and door guard everyone was most welcoming and served with a smile .

I approached them a number of times, probably three times and they said only family rooms are available I don’t know why?  May be they make extra money from family rooms. Ever since I go to Galaxy Hotel. Has any one else encountered this issue.Rooms: 1/5

Very friendly and helpful staff also clean. Very central to business and trading. It is ideal since its in close proximity with shops & food outlets. Parking space  is a bit limited The family rooms are okay, the others were a bit small, they many have to check if all their appliances really work but overall its a good place.

Over priced....you most definitely will find something much better than this..Rooms: 2/5
