Worst service and quality of work. Laminated floors have lifted and after finally getting hold of Jonathan was told that an inspector would be sent out to investigate. This never happened and Jonathan is blatantly ignoring all calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. The level of arrogance is shocking and I have no idea how you are still in business.
Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Came highly recommended by my contractor. First quote took 3!weeks, then flooring which wa meant to Acclimatise for 48 hrs prior to installation got dropped off 4pm day prior. Installer was most irate as the team did not prep properly before he arrived to install that he had to resort to bringing in his own team. Then skirtings were not ready when installation was done. I really do not know if the name Barry Kapelus is what it was years ago and review of almost 5 stars which is what I based my decision on was a lie. My one floor strip I miles away from the floor level so I will have to pay to have this fixed myself. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointing after waiting years to install laminate throughout my home. The saving grace was the installation guy who went the extra mile .
The best in the business, I needed very specific soft grass for a kiddies room and they went above and beyond with my indecision and backwards and forwards to make sure that the quality would be soft on little knees and feet. Thank you for being so patient with me. Would definitely recommend you guys.
I have known Barry for more than 20 years and will always give a honest quote. He has good fitters that do his work. I have no problem to recommend him.
Very friendly and helpful service, they really helped us in finding a solution, we had problems finding large sized area rugs for our vacation house living room and cinema a few years back, for which they suggested and offered a very nice choice of shaggy carpet on a roll that they edged for us, it looked fantastic and saved us money we had shopped around quite a bit and now about 4 years later the carpet still look and feel as good as new so is of a high quality! So glad we stumbled upon them that day in PE saw shop from the road and took a chance !!!
Absolutely poor service...
Very friendly and willing to help. Good experience. Boycie did a very good job overedging a piece of carpet for us.
Don't let your mistake become my problem .
