One of your trucks carrying a car thought it would be a good idea to by pass the entire lane waiting to turn right onto the R102 and pushing himself in front of the queue, thereby blocking the entire right lane of the N2 because he cant be bothered waiting his turn. Only problem is that he did so with a marked vehicle that has your company logo and name on it. So here people like I am giving your company a review based on driving etiquette and safety on the road.

Dealt with Tertius. Spray painting job on superficial scratches and damage on stonechip was great!!! Should have left it at that They offer a free polish and glaze service to customers, after +/- a month after spraywork was done. Took car back for this. Phoned, and asked if car was done. They confirmed. On arrival, found out it wasn't done. Poor communication between front desk and workshop. Made another appointment to have it done. Could see it wasn't done 2nd time around. They tried to convince me otherwise. Car was unwashed when I left it the morning. Same dirt spots was there, when I fetched it. So? How could it have been polished? Wasted my time. Just gave up! Place has potential, but proper pre delivery assessments should be done. I had to point out overspray on mudflaps. They cleaned it. But only the ones I pointed out. Other side mudflaps also had overspray and wasn't removed. Will have to take it somewhere else to be polished.

The insurance wanted to scrap our old jetta, but we took it yo bassons for repair. It came back smiling looking near new. And they had not even used any spare parts, but rather worked on the damaged parts bringing them back to their original beauty. Excellent workmanship and service.

The service was amazing. The job fantastic. Received short SMS updates daily on the progress of the job. The car was ready in the time they said. From reception to quote to the job itself, very happy indeed. Highly recommended!!

Not as good as I had thought it would be. Reception was good, we were welcomed by a lady who understands business and she gave us immediate attention. The quality of work that was done on my vehicle was very disappointing. I had spent so much money to pay them but the work they did was so unprofessional. If I had known it, I probably would have saved some money and went straight for the chance takers in the township, it's the same quality job the bush panelbeaters and spray painters would have done. I'm writing this of my one eye tearing down in disbelief and hurt
