Depends which person has been appointed to help you. The first time we went we got wrong information and the second time we got helped magnificently. Rather get the business card of the person you want to deal with in future like we did, it helps to avoid issues.

On my 2nd visit to this store dont know why i did not went to montague gardens store ,was just said i dont think you will get a part for the starter even if you bring a sample was just negative chat and my 1st visit was like they were scared to get off they phnes to help me one guy hang up but did not look at me to help

They stock alot of Bosch service parts and have a range of garage tools as well.The only issue is not being able to get a salesman on the line immediately,I had to call 3 times to get assistance.
