BB Used Polokwane

Good day During the service of my haval H6 purchased from BB auto Polokwane. I was notified that the vehicle has been in an accident and was repaired using super glue. During testing at HAVAL ALBERTON on the 7 October 2022 The front parking sensors have fall off and could not be repaired. Evidence of damage and glue was found. 2nd issue During purchasing of the vehicle the dealership asked me to register and license my car in Gauteng Province I will be re-emborsed. I have contacted the sales rep multiple times and got multiple stories this was 4 months ago. I am still fighting to get my money back We have another older HAVAL H6 GDIT purchased from HAVAL Springs, and we have had no such issues with that vehicle. But the one from BB AUTO had Faulty Brakes, Squeeking Doors and Now evidence of Damage and disrepair that was not disclosed this is really unsafe! I'm tired of this issue and would like to request that BB Auto come collect their car.

Poor Service , Incompetent staff. Sellimg defrauded broken cars. Make you pay for warrantee that doesnt existed,Only to find out that we had to beg them to pay for the warranty so that we can claim seeing that they sell broken cars with majors problems. Worst experience ever!!!!!!Beautiful from the outside but believe me this doesnt make up for all the engin problems etc.
