Polokwane Hospital Recreational Hall

The waiting time can be long at times however the staff isn't what i would call a full staff so as it is a consequent circumstance it is understandable. Also given the fact that a lot of people come there who are not from surrounding areas. Service from the staff was good, the security guard are not as welcoming to say the least. By the way a mask is still a must wear at Rethabile Community Health Centre. The centre is wheelchair accessible and there are two wheelchairs ready to use at the entrance of the centre.

On the 24th was told to come back on the 25 to see a Dr now the sister lost my file they started a new one with no impervious information mid u I was here since 6 in the morning now they are telling is the Dr is leaving my kids are sick so they want me to come back for the 3rd time

The nurse didn't even bother to check me thoroughly. She just sent me away right away. But the service was very fast xem

Worst service delivery in existence, they will waste your time. Death is an better option

Like any clinic it has it's flaws. Selfmade ticket numbering, announcements are only made by the door, if you are at the back of the line, you won't hear anything. Sometimes runout of immunization jabs for kids but ofcourse you will only be told after queueing for hours

I gave birth on Saturday the 13th of March here in Rethabile, honestly speaking the service that I got there was just amazing. I got there around 12 midnight and I was given all the attention 1 could wish 4 when they in labour, it felt like home, the nurses were so supportive and helpful... To think of it being a public but the service I got jealous down maan it was awesome. Keep it up

I went there yesterday and I told them that I fell on my arm, and at that time I was unable to move it nor my fingers. They didn't even bother to look at me, instead they just told me to go to the hospital and the nurse said "I shouldn't tell the hospital staff that I went to Rethabile first". Their service delivery is very poor

Gore no matter how many times we complain ,this place and it’s people will never change! We’ve midwives telling you they’re tired! How are you tired when you signed up for this job! Something needs to be done! Period

Very very bad. Service. Myself with my 2 kids were in contact with someone with covid and we are not feeling well. Went to the clinic and absolutely no service. Even the phones are not working.
