Love love love! Happiestplace in the world. Excellent products and service. Safe parking. The product on my hands and feet usually last up to 5weeks!!! Very reasonable prices, amazing staff and a free drink the cappuccino is wonderful!

Just one of those very very special spaces. Have never been treated so well. The therapists are at the top of their game and the treatments I received were incredible. I would highly recommend anyone that wants a special spa day , or anyone who wants just a simple mani or pedi to consider The Beauty Box. My favorite place.

The best price that I have ever paid for gel nails. And they lasted a decent amount of time. Good service, they offer drinks well you wait.

I would give a negative rating if I could! After receiving a gift of a Chocoholic Package for 1 and reading, "Nestled among the hills of Northcliff . . . tranquil setting . . . champagne, chocolate etc. etc. , I definitely did not expect to be squeezed into a ridiculous parking, then be shown down a long, narrow alley to some re-purposed outbuildings in someone's back courtyard with the only view being either a wall or an empty swimming pool with some dirty water at the bottom of it - no hills whatsoever!. Then to be told to go downstairs and be shown into a 2 x 4 blue cell with a tiny window high up on one wall - it definitely felt like confinement rather than luxury! Nothing at all was possible! In order to make this very unpleasant experience as short as possible, I requested if the manicure or pedicure could be done simultaneously . . . "NO" . . . .was the answer. OK can I look at the nail colours while I wait . . . "NO" . . . was the answer! There were 4 little chocolates on a plate stashed in the trolley amongst the beauty products - not sure how long they had been there. As for champagne . . . well, in the 2.5 hours that I was there, I was not offered anything at all to drink! No champagne was in sight! The "manicure"was little more than a quick file and painting of my nails. I got out of there as soon as I could eventually after having to do a 25 point turn to get my car out of the parking and will NEVER return.

Always an absolute treat. Loved the spoils and the owner Charlene is always around to assist where needed. Professional and cheerful staff ... Will definitely be back

Would have been five stars if we were greeted, offered something to drink and the therapists weren't wrapped up in their own conversations. Great pedi tho

Rather disappointed in the lack of professionalism with which Beauty Box Northcliff decided to handle my complaint. Originally, I lodged a complaint via Facebook messenger on the 28th of March 2019 regarding an appointment mix up. On the 3rd of April 2019 the salon’s Social Media Manager, Izzy, said that they have been investigating my “claims” and they will get back to me once they have “put together the las bit of the puzzle and gathered their hard factual and indisputable evidence”. Over the course of the month I followed up frequently to find out if they have been able to pin point what went wrong, and today, the Beauty Box Northcliff responded via Facebook messenger, stating that I am clearly "unhinged" and that they think it is better for us to part ways now. They also suggested that I look at my behaviour as it is "very unbecoming". Can’t say that I appreciate being insulted and labelled as mentally unbalanced for merely following up on a complaint that was lodged almost a month ago, but as suggested by the Beauty Box Northcliff, it is better if we part ways now…

Never even made it to the appointment because the pathetic employees NEVER call you back. Terrible place just with phone service. Dont waste your money at this place. Sincerely hope they close down.

Amazing service, relaxing atmosphere and super friendly staff. I will definitely go back

The experience at the Beauty Box is always one of relaxation and pampering....it is one of my favourite places to go to spoil myself. Thank you guys for the treat.
