Beauty Therapy Institute, Upper East Side.

Trainers on site do not respect or value the students that pay to learn from them. In addition to this they constantly make snide remarks to the students whilst in the company of clients. Please do not send yourself to this institution if you value your self respect. Not worth your time or mental faculties.

This institute is trash, all they want is to get your money and once you pay them they don’t deliver what they promised, they keep taking more people but cannot accommodate everyone now putting people on waiting list because the classes are full but they had promised in 3months would have been done with courses .. 4months later lm still struggling to get a class and they want more money.. l would not recommend this school to anyone

I contacted Sandy Roy at Beauty Therapy Institute, explaining how I would like to be a part time student and I expressed that I can only attend full day Mondays and the evening classes. I then gave her a list of the course I was interested in only if it could be done on those days, she agreed that this was possible. . . I then made full payment for all the courses and have started the Mani & Pedi course, I then was contacted by Gail that my nail tech class would be starting and the duration is 2 weeks I then explained to her that I'm not possible to attend as I work during the week from Tuesday to Saturday. I was told well to have paid for it and must doing it sooner otherwise i'll loose out and I should ask for leave from work. . . I expressed when I met them we don't get leave as we close end December. . . . But what also surprised me was how they wanted me to do the nail tech before I was finished with Mani & Pedi . . . I'm not impressed with this Institute . . . as I was promised numerous times the courses would suit my time schedule

i’m not happy with my purchase, i paid R4000 for kit and they sell it much cheaper on the website and the kit was very bad quality

5 stars to this amazing institute. And 5 stars to a student faatimah Gallow for the amazing facial!! And I got thrown in a extra pedicure by one of the other students! Double amazing
