I love their furniture! Good prices also the staff are extremely helpful. The lady thay helped us was Vivian and the Manager. They were out of stock with the couch we wanted and made plan for us and all their efforts resulted in us getting it delivered same day!
Got a great deal on a bed. Worth a visit when shopping around. All new furniture.
Very friendly staff. Very affordable furniture. I’d recommend going during the week because weekends can get really full with limited and tight parking spots. Otherwise great deals in store. Recently made a purchase, so can’t really comment on the quality of the furniture long term.
Well I bought a couch from this shop end of January 2021 and realised at home that it had a fault. Took it back as soon as I could and they took it back to the supplier apparently for a period of a month approximately. They brought back the same couch repaired and now it has another fault. I’m really disappointed.
After sale service EXTREMELY POOR to NON EXISTING...We bought bedroom furniture on the 26/11/2021 and paid for the goods to be delivered on the 29/11/2021. The guys arrived at 19:45pm on the Monday evening with the cupboards drenched and soaking wet. We insisted that the delivery guys open the boxed an check the items, upon opening the items it was noticed that the dresser had a scratch this was photograph by the delivery guy who promised to show it to his boss in order to exchange the item on top of this the dresser also had holes drilled into the top. This seemed incorrect as the sales lady told us that the unit came without a mirror, a unit without a mirror should have any holes drilled into it. The units also game with different colour handles, this is totally unacceptable as some om them looks like Rose Gold and some Antique Gold. I then phoned the shop on the 01/12/2021 and was asked to put it on e-mail as the driver did not mentioned any complaints not did any one looked at the notes made by me on the delivery note, the mail was send the same day. I then had to send another mail on the 02/12/2021 as no response was received, this is the reply I received on the 2nd mail: Good day I have sent your complain to customer I will let you know as soon as they respond Once again no further communication from them, send another request for an update on the 06/12/2021, 07/12/2021 and today the 08/12/2021. I'M UNABLE TO USE THE FURNITURE AS IT'S STILL UNRESOLVED
Well stocked, keen prices on furniture and very helpful.
On the 16th of June 2022. I went to buy a Bed and corner couch at FLW in Boksburg Gauteng. I paid cash and e-mailed them my proof of payment right there in the store. I was promised to have these items delivered after 3 working day, however, that took longer and I had to call them and find out what was the delay. Indeed the items were delivered on the 24th June 2022, but the couches were not matching. I called and informed the manager, they requested photos, I sent them and yes it was confirmed that they mixed them from warehouse and they will change it ASAP. After 3 days they brought the wrong couches again 27th June 2022. I turned them back. Manager called and said he's offering to give the piece that is on the store as display and discounts the price by R1000.00, this was on the 30th June 2022. That was fair, I accept. I went to the store to check if no damages on that piece. I found few which were not the issue to me as it was disconnected. The next day 1st July 2022, they didn't call me as promised. I called back and asked why they not delivering cos I'm expected to move out from my old place to Tzaneen. The person answered the phone said the deal is to give me the whole set of couch on a display not only the piece that I needed. How the deal changed and why all of sudden? I don't know. Unfortunately I had to ask for my refund, 50% of delivery fee and full refund on a couch, cos they were making this whole thing sound or seem to be my fault whilst they were at fault here. They wasted my time, chance to get better deal at other stores. I'm very disappointed after all the patience I had with them. That was very unnecessary from my side cos I was not at fault and I was not owing them. I hope that I will get my refund as soon as possible cos they said they can't pay me while the couch is still with me. I'm glad they took it and I am hoping that I won't be chasing after my refund,cos it looks like with them we should always push them like wheelbarrows to get things done.
Yho, Sharon the manager is so unprofessional, full of empty promises . The store as a whole has lost credibility. I canceled a lay-bye and was promised a refund within 3-4 days. It's been 2 weeks, no one is helping. I've been calling- no one answers my calls, even went in person and got another truckload of promises to pay but still nothing. This is the worst store. Don't buy anything here you'll regret it if you want to return or cancel your order.
Ordered a couch, the told us it would take 2-3 weeks. Phoned to find out if the couch was ready and this women who has no customer skills said we heard wrong it actually takes 4-6 weeks then we demanded to speak to the manager who said it should take 3 weeks only then to find out after phoning the warehouse that due to loadshedding its going to take another 4 weeks. Absolutely pathetic customer service! Won't buy there again.
Nice furniture at affordable prices... bought our own sofa here. The staff weren't the most friendly but they were helpful. Delivery came that same day which I was very pleased with
