They did a wonderful job when replacing leather inserts on our Grafton Everest Recliner. It is now better than what it was when new!

Revolting service. Doesn't bother to return calls or give him an indication of collection time. Made arrangements for before 2pm today. No phonecall to say they ars running late. sent all morning at home waiting fir colle tion. When I phone and asked why he hadn't bothered to call me he had the cheek to say I must phone him . like he is doing me a favour. DO NOT SUPPORT this business.  Mediocre repairs. my chair had to go back to him FOUR times as it was so hard to pull the lever on the recliner you needed two people to open it  Rude owner and dismal service!!!!! He is in the wrong and told me to go elsewhere.
