I went in July 2022 for renewal of my driver's license on a Wednesday which is only for pensioners no on line booking was needed the staff are not friendly but very efficient as long as u adhere to the rules I was in and out in 2 hours my wife went a week later and also had a good experience she also took 2 hours thanks Bedfordview

Absolutely horrendous parking allocation, people will literally park you in, and poor customer service. You book online in hopes of avoiding queues only to wait in a queue with everyone else who didn’t book.

I booked online for my learners. I had been pushing it off since I really don’t have the time to queue. I finally had the chance to go today and pay for my learners. Richard, the guy who works at the front was so down to earth and kind. The guy behind the counter was extremely quiet but still answered my questions. I eventually even got him to say bye. Go in with a positive attitude and you’ll be met accordingly. I was in and out in 20 Minutes!

Short queues, efficient service Make sure you have the necessary paperwork and your own pen before you arrive. If you're over 60, you don't need to book online. Wednesday is allocated to you.

Got there to renew my license disc, I wasn't there longer than 20 minutes. The security guy was very kind and the guy behind the counter at the drive through did it very quick.

Very bad service just imagine loadshedding without generator .gov. don't care about us
