I bought some furniture a few years ago from Bedroom Basics. After only 4 years the base for our bed started sagging which caused us to buy a new mattress for nothing because the baseboard was made from really low grade chipboard. I phoned to complain - it was clearly a bad design, and I was told to email. No response for 2 weeks. I had to phone a few times even to speak to someone. They initially refused to come fix the problem, and when I complained a lot said they would call me back. A few months later - no call. They are not willing to spent any money fixing something that is their fault, and try to pass the buck onto their supplier. It's a real pity as they have good products, but clear that after-sales support is really lacking.
Affordable prices and the best service in Cape Town!! If you want a high quality bed and/or mattress go to Bedroom basics. It's a no brainer
They have moved and Atmosphere furniture is there now and they have awesome furniture...
Customer service and retention is close to their hearts.
