Service excellence is always appreciated and when staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed it's just awesome. Took time to explain different options; displayed the whole range available; gave us time to decide what suits us best; and we then bought more then we intended. Heheheee. Awesome range of goods. Great quality. Suitability of purpose. Happy customer.

Not impressed with this shop. I bought a medium vetsak as well as a footsak on 30 September 2022 in this store. Both had to be ordered but I managed to get the vetsak in store based on the material and color I wanted. The footsak a little ottoman which the lady in the store said takes up to a week, has still not arrived after more than a week. No contact whatsoever from the store and they're closed today when I attempted to contact them. So if you consider buying anything at this store, make sure to be willing to wait longer than what they say or buy what is on the floor. The vetsak I can't complain about, great product. But definitely not happy with the level of service. I expected much better for the rands I spent.

Extremely fast and efficient service. Great quality products. And a side note, I like the Jack Parow introduction when you call them. It's the little things.

I planned to buy only one medium Fatsak, but after trying the various products I added a couple of Noodle pillows and a "Bloc" to my cart. I love their products and young Christa is an absolute champion of sales! Great experience - well done!!
