Prices are good. Staff are friendly even if it does not seem so at first. Shop can do with some cleaning and TLC. Worth a visit
I spoke to Ryan to get a price on a Bosal Tando backing plate, and charging R880 compare to R330 he paid, making R500 profit on a part not even manufacturing this. Rip off
We have a 40 year old caravan and lost a hub and a nut. Not only did Benoni Caravans have the stock they had very good knowledge about our caravan off the cuff. They also.sorted out an electrical problem with the caravan. It was a pleasant experience.
Bad management not interested in customers
Very slow and laid back. Don't do things as promised. Maybe a small family business style.
Was quoted R600 to repair a zip on my tent. When I went to collect, I was charged R1200. The zip was sewn on the wrong way and I have left countless messages for the owner to call me back to no avail.
Brilliant service, happy, will go back for all my repairs
