Delivery process is the worst, No communication or update. I was promised my item will be delivered by 10 am... now i need to miss my flight i had communicated in advance the sales man was just interested in getting a sale done now its execution time no one cares.

Worst place to shop at. Prices may be great, but professionalism, customer service and customer satisfaction is not existing. Employees scream and call one another - from the cashier to the door. Cashiers are eating instead of helping people - thats why you have lunchtime to eat somewhere else and not at your desk.

Store offers a lot. Very friendly staff

Great prices but really bad service

Have a large variety of furniture, There policies are not that transparent. They do not keep any stock at the stores, and you have to pay for delivery for all items.
