Bergen's Appliance Repairs

After sending my dishwasher in for a leak, I waited 5 weeks of back and forth on the repair and return of it! After 3 check ups to correct the bad workmanship and still having the leak, I had to contact another company to help! I appreciated that they fetched my dryer, assessed and delivered it back to me for free. I chose not to have the repairs done because spares worked out too expensive. Not their fault But was disappointed that the front panel was not screwed back on and the screws were just left in the drum. Perhaps an oversight? Otherwise their response and service was good. Pick up and delivery was efficient.
