Waste of time. I paid for an assessment on my faulty TV. They gave me a 5 word mail, we cannot repair, no spares. The TV, a Hi Sense is just 3 years old. However for another R350, they would give me a report. I will never recommend them.

I absolutely recommend this place for anything. The customer service is great.  I reside in jhb, my straightener was collected on Friday, assessed and fixed on Monday, delivered on Wednesday. Very affordable and quick.  I tested my straightener, and it’s just like new again.  Definitely worth it.  Thank you so much Techrep team.

Excellent service. Repaired the faulty CloudNine hair straightener  within 20minutes. Friendly staff.

Best service, friendly, competitive and amazing after sales service. Sent a faulty cloud 9 back 3 times due to manufacturing batch fault and all 3 times i was given a new one. They kept me informed along the way and called to check if I experienced any issues with the new one. Highly recommended!

My Samsung Galaxy S9 fell from about 2.5m hitting the edge of a ladder which shattered the screen. I thought the phone was beyond repairs. Gave a call to TechRep and received my phone in 3 days, in brand new condition with an original replacement screen. Highly recommended for the quick and professional service.
