This was a fantastic dish. It was so well balanced with chicken and veggies. The flavors were delicious and I enjoyed every bit of it. I can’t say the same for the other dishes but I hope they’re equally great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Update: Visited here again and wasn’t disappointed. The food was great.
Really had such a disappointing experience last night. We usually go to the branch at Table Bay Mall, but thought to try Bayside as the parking is free. It was a disaster. Even though the waiter apologized, it took forever for us just to be able to place our order as he had to make the milkshakes we ordered for the kids. On the red wine list, there were only 2 bottles available, the most expensive ones naturally. For My daughter I ordered the Pan Fried Bun, supposed to come with condensed milk. Arrived with no sauce. When I asked for it, he replied that they did not have. I mentioned it is supposed to come with the sauce. Response was if they don't have, what must they do. Hubby and I had the buffet. I ordered rhe springs rolls first and then sushi. When I asked about the spring rolls, he looked at me as if I was crazy. Hubby wanted to order a milkshake, we were told there was no syrup left. Menu also stated about 5 flavors, they had 3 when the kids ordered and none 10 min later when my husband ordered after there were barely people in the restaurant. Barely no sushi on the belt and the little there was dry. After all this I was really annoyed and lost my appetite completely after only starting my meal. We left and when I mentioned to the waiter while paying that he should make management aware of this was really trying to be polite I just got a cocktail attitude. Oh and yeah no Coke zero, no cream Soda. My sons chicken and corn soup had blobs of the egg, not even properly mxed in. Really disappointing and a waste of money!
I have been going to this specific place for the past 2 years. I have had takeaways, sushi buffet and Chinese meals. Absolutely love it, the staff is amazing. Norman has helped us the most and he always has a positive attitude. The rest I unfortunately don't know by name yet but they just as amazing! I refuse to have a sushi date anywhere else but here. The place is always clean and the kitchen staff are always neat and hygienic when busy. Prices are worth it in my opinion since I'm able to eat quite a bit.
Love the sushi here. I like that there is lots of space for customers to sit as they have an eating area in front of the restaurant. The customer service is fantastic. I'd like to give a special thanks to Carlos. He always welcomes my girlfriend and I with such warmth and friendliness, always willing to give us the best sushi experience. Would definitely recommend this sushi joint.
I adore this restaurant so much! Since I've been going there for years, the service has been the best I've ever experienced. When I arrive with friends or family, Carlos and his coworkers always recognise me. They go above and beyond to ensure that we are always content, relaxed, and happy to have a little conversation about life. Carlos is genuinely such a joyful person, and like any business, there will be a few things that aren't entirely to our liking. However, Best Asia makes effort to address these requirements and improve any less-than-ideal experiences. We LOVE Best Asia! Their Staff and their Sushi :
Ons of our favourite haunts for a quick sushi after a movie. Always fresh and the staff are really friendly. My son loves getting their sweet and sour pork if you're looking for something non-sushi.
Best sushi especially the tempura prawns and chicken chow mein we've ever had! Seamless and quick delivery using Bolt. Our first time trying this restaurant and definitely not our last!
The sushi was fresh and special requests were welcomed. CARLOS was a splendid host and made us feel welcome! A definite visit for sushi-lovers!
Ordered tempura prawn and the prawn was rotten !!! Strong smell and tasted like ammonia !!! Unbelievable , called and spoke to Simphiwe the manager and he seems unbothered by the severity of food poisening! I dealt with Mr D for refund but the fact that the manager was chilled that his kicthen staff is actively poisening people with contaminated prawn. Disgusting! Loyal customer no more! I will never order here again!!*!
Sushi is not nice a fresh sometimes the rice is cold and takeaways are even WORSE!! Never get soy source with ! Please let work on that and soy sauce for the BBQ buns
