I have had the great pleasure of riding from Bicycle Line and have purchased 2 MTB's from them. You will not find a better more professionally run and genuinely customer centric business. The fact they are owner and family run means the engagement you have with them is always productive and there's no passing of any buck but also refreshingly human. Craig has always ensured incredibly fair value on stuff we buy which is top quality from tubes to the top fuel 9.8 LOVE. Recovery line which is connected to Bicycle line has got, hands down, the best cappuccino almond milk in the east rand, the young energetic team are second to none and just create an awesome vibe you can't helping wanting to be around. I couldn't refer anyone to a better shop for anything bike and coffee related. Awesome work Craig and team! 2022/01/18 UPDATE I have added pictures that do a much better job of showcasing the community aspect of this incredible business and the people around it. Since this initial review we have competed in 3 day stage races Wine 2 Whales & Berg and Bush done the 94.7, Argus and many other crazy feats we couldn't have imagined. The business is more than a cycle shop but is the only place we buy bicycles haha. highly recommend it, even if you just pop around for a coffee.
Took my Rockrider ST100 there for a service and they replaced the chain and sprocket. They bike was also detailed cleaned. It actually changes better gears now than when it was new. Very professional service and I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely horrible service and that from the owners themselves. They mess up a sale and instead of listening to the customers opinion, you get attacked by the lady that speaks over you and that tells you she will bill you more. Not accepting the fact that their own employee standing right next to her who even told her he did make the mistake, you as the customer then get told you have no Christmas spirit, because apparently you need to be happy when you get billed more then what you were told. Then the husband who is in fact not the husband tries to be a big boy and corners the customers to tell them not to speak to his wife badly when she is the person attacking customers…. Shocking, honestly shocking customer service!
All the reviews must be from family and friends Took my bike for a service after the service I rode 3 kilometers And air started leaking our my rim Took the bike back They gave me a quotation of R1500.00 And said the fault was not theirs I told them to go ahead anyway Then I received a new quotation for R2400.00 Definitely do not own up to there mistakes and want you to pay for there mistakes Will have to try and find someone who is honest and trustworthy Bicycle line Are neither
All my years of riding and dealing with Local Bike shops , never have I experienced such genuine service. They do not take advantage to dealers warranties or other services, they pass the benefits to you. I am true happy and would recommend them as a genuine , honest and great value bike shop. I called the store. i arrived at the store. I made my selection, The team set the bike up for my height and riding comfort. i collected.... no problem. They actually had the bike i was looking for as opposed other stores i visited who didn't have the bike i wanted at the price range i wanted and the bike size i wanted. It's been a pleasure dealing with the people here. Every person working here are attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in assisting you.Parking is convenient as are their operating hours. 102% recommended.

The assistance I received as a beginner MTBer, on the service of my tires and replacement of my rear hub was excellent! I highly recommend them to anyonebeginners - expert riders. Best bike shop I have every been to. Service is at the highest level. Family run business with young happy staff motivated and driven and will go out their way to help you! Its a one stop shop, whether you looking for a new Bike, a bike setup, bike service, clothing, bike accessories or just a great cup of coffee and piece of cake.
