Great service from Dave. I informed Dave that I needed a specific part for a race which was needed urgently. He got back to me promptly, organised the invoice, cleared the goods for me and delivered it over night! Legend! Highly recommend doing business with the Bicycle Power Trading.

Bought a Saris trainer from takealot. The resistance until was faulty. Contacted Bicycle Power Trading, They promptly shipped me a new resistance unit. Excellent service.

Big shout out to George who assisted me with my trainer issue quickly and efficiently. He even put a new cassette on the trainer for me free of charge, what a legend! Great company to deal with. 5 out of 5.

Bicycle Power Trading has helped me in two instances exceptionally well. In both cases my indoor trainer broke due to my own fault and they were able fix the issues in quickly and professionally. Will definitely recommend buying their products as their after sales services are exceptional.

I have bought several products from BPT since 2014. In the last 6 years I have had the pleasure of owning reliable and cutting edge products as well as receiving outstanding after sales service and knowledgeable support from Dave and Nadia. If you are serious about your training BPT is the place to visit!

Although they are a supplier to us we have had some poor service and arrogance towards us when we deal with them. I would rather suggest other products to my customers and people i know.
