Desert Jewels Belly Dance Company is the first in South Africa to teach authentic Egyptian Oriental Dance based on the Sandra Danse Method- (Sandra Danse The Academy of Oriental Dance – Nice France ). Sandra is a world renowned artist, dancer, master teacher and choreographer.
Ayana, an internationally accredited teacher, and accredited level 3 Sandra Danse instructor - Académie de Danse Orientale Sandra – Nice France.
Sandra who has been owner and teacher of the Academy for the past 25 years and has developed a world recognised and proven unique teaching method.
Her oriental vision? To ensure dancing improvisation is made possible with a very good understanding of music and oriental dance.
