It's sad that most Bidvest Branches are closing down, I was assisted in less than 5 minutes to get a signature and stamp for my son's exemption.
worst experience ever , more then 1 month i am not able to do payment they want something new every time after provide all documents still they are not ready to payment never seen this kind of worst service in any country
So everybody jumps up to grab lunch even though there are 5 customers waiting to be served, so we stuck with one teller that can help us, great guys , freaking well done
I looked for them all over and around Centurion Mall but couldn't find them. "IF" they really are there they should seriously make plan with some signage to indicate because I've been up and down for 2 hours but nothing. I give the F up and Going to navigate to another Branch on Menlyn side now.
I was so dissapointed because you say you are open on a saterday until 2 and when we got here after a 3hour drive we stop here at 12:30 and you were closed. What service is this . My brother send money for us and at th moment you are the only bank he can send to . This is not right . No money no service

Worst service ever, they all seemed angry in the morning The receptionist is so unprofessional and clue less and teller number 3 so rude no client service at all
Don't go here for a currency exchange without your passport! Anyways the younger gentlemen behind the counter was very nice, the older lady however - eh, not so nice.
Bidvest banknis the worst type of bank I ever dealt with. They have no idea about banking and customer service.
The bank has moved outside where the Bidvest ATM is marked
