Terrible service and greedy dealer who does not care about customers but more about money!!! I had a very sad, unpleasant and costly experience at Audi Centre Durban. They made me pay a significant amount of money for doing absolutely nothing on my car! After being their customer for 9 years, this was a disappointment for me. Also their service manager was very rude to me, didn't attempt at all to attend to the complaint in cordial manner!

I went to view a car that I’m going to buy this year with a friend. Salesperson was very offish, yes I knew about the car but he didn’t give me any other information. It was like he was bored. He took my number to contact and has not still ‍Boo ! Later that day I went to Audi Ptn and got a totally different and satisfying experience.

Terrible service. We go there to get our car fixed only for it to be troubling 2 days later. Thereafter, we go to the Umhlanga Audi who then tell us that there is a fault with some part of the car and we need to order it and get it re installed. This Audi which is 2 minutes from my place did not even pick that up and just gave the car back stating they did a "full service". What kind of service if you can't even pick up where the fault is coming from? On top of that we were offered a data plug at the Umhlanga Audi for free which ALL audi centres were meant to offer us.
