I did took my bike a Triumph Tiger 800 for a major service. Taking the Bike back to Eshowe I found that the cover over the oil filter were bend open due to the technical guy to lazy to remove two screws. He did not even bend it back after replacing the oil filter. Luckily I have the ability to bend it back and do the spray painting. The fairing screws were all loose and I have tighten them myself. The front headlight had some water in due to the pressure wash. I don't think pressure washing on the instrument panel is needed but I believe if a good out inspection was done all this would be rectified. I am worried if the outside looks like this, how does it look on the inside?
Pathetic. I wentthere looking for boots, a new jacket and gloves as well as spare parts for a friend. The staff are all sitting playing on their phones and computers on facebook. Asking them to help they don't even get up from their seats, just give you a brush off over their shoulder. I would in future rather go back to BMW Bavaria of mail order from reputable dealers. Was quite a dissapointed, but well maybe they do not need my R15,000 that I wanted to spend "to dad, from dad". Would not recommend them at all.
Another bike store to stop and and see the latest in Kawa and Triumph. This store is awesome and stock lots of kit too.
If you need anything for your bike....just speak to Attie ....update,shop been closed and I believe Attie now in PE,very unfortunate for the Dbn bikers
