Bigfoot Express Freight

If you need a quote from the JHB office - don't bother... go somewhere else! The online form doesn't get a response after two weeks and pinning someone down to talk to or return you call is impossible...

Had the worst experience with Big foot They came here with my delivery short then insisted that I knew what was happening. When I called they said they kept hanging up and transferring me to different people to talk to . Worst

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Stay away for your own piece of mind

Taking forever and are very expensive. When i track it it shows its been sitting at their facilities for a week now without any processing

Tracked my parcel and it shows its been out on delivery for a week now... Called in many times no answer... No response to emails as well. Not the first time i had issues with this company everytime ive used them i had some kind of issue. Stay away! There are better courier companies that actually care about thier clients and actually want to delivery your stuff.

USELESS, USELESS,USELESS. Package collected after three days no Ody in either East London Or JHB branch can give me an indication of cost. I phoned 12 times in total to both branches with no luck. Prior to this i had a call to request quotation and they ag e me a verbal figure taking into account my package dimensions and weight. After delivery they send me an invoice 30% higher than telephonic quite but my parcel weighs 7kg less and dimensions are the same. i have queried this for three days and even included my recorded conversations to prove my quite with my dimensions. 3 days later still waiting for response after calling everyday.

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEND, NO RESPECT FOR GOODS AND NO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS. I bought a new safe from "The Safe Shop" which uses the bigfoot express delivery services, when my safe arrived it was not boxed and was covered in a thin clear plastic bag, the safe was full of scratch marks and the best part is they delivered it upside down. I enquired from "The Safe Shop" why the safe was not boxed as it is a brand new unit of which they where very helpful to investigate, it turned out the delivery company Bigfoot Express removed the box when they picked the unit up at the manufacturer Safes For Africa. "The Safe Shop" was very helpful and gladly suggested to replace the safe with a new unit but due to internal problems at the manufacturer Safes For Africa I did not receive a safe for close to 2months, "The Safe Shop" helped against and suggested another brand of safe which I accepted. The new safe from the other manufacturer Magnum was ready in 2 weeks of which "Bigfoot Express" once again did the delivery, when i received my new safe for the 2nd time it was properly wrapped with bubble wrap inside of a box and marked as fragile with multiple stickers, and well guess what "Bigfoot Express" once again proofed how bad they can be, even with all the protection the manufacturer Magnum provided "Bigfoot Express" managed to tear the box corners and bubble wrap up to the steel safe corners. Thankfully it was only the corners this time and not scratched all over, I did not have the strength to go through all of it again so I decided to accept the safe.

If there was an option for zero rating it would be to good ! Parcels are always delayed no customer service , empty promises of getting back to a person oh and no reliable transport as their vehicles are always braking down 7 days to deliver a parcel which is only 1hr 30min away pathetic imagine if your parcel is going to another province !!

MOST USELESS COURIER COMPANY managers and staff very rude, my stuff was stolen twice by them and proof was even submitted. DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS CLIENTS , please don't use them!!!!!!

No competency. Have not delivered the package yet and their lines just ring without informing you whether they are closed for festive seasons or what and yet they took the parcel from the supplier. Poor customer service.
