We called Milne Electrical to fix a fridge. They came out, didn’t fix the fridge but charged R550 to attempt to fix an R85 Ellis front door bell. I have written to them asking for my money back but they have been avoiding me. So far the owner Willem Milne has been extremely slow to react. Should they not rectify the situation they will be reported for fraud and dishonesty to the ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS BOARD
Totally unreliable. Came out to fix light fittings. Electrician asked me if he needed a ladder. Used my ladder. Had no other helper with him. Cut off a fitting and never returned. I wonder what his job card looked like??
